Return and Exchange Policy

At CTR Shoe Shop, we value your trust and aim to provide the best quality trekking, sports, formal, and safety shoes. Please read our return & exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
 
 1. Return Request Process
• Direct returns are not accepted without prior approval.
• Customers must raise a return/exchange request within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at ctrshoeshop@gmail.com (mention Order ID, product images, and reason).
• Our team will review the request and approve/reject it as per policy.
 
 2. Conditions for Return/Exchange
• Eligible only in case of:
✅ Wrong product received
✅ Manufacturing defect
✅ Size exchange (if available in stock)
• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Approved return must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
 
 3. Shipping for Returns
• Customer bears return shipping charges (unless the product is defective/incorrect).
• For exchanges, reshipping charges may apply.
  
 4. Refund & Exchange Timeline
• Once we receive and inspect the product, refund/exchange will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method.
• COD order refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI after confirmation.
 
 5. Non-Returnable Products
• Clearance sale or discounted items
• Customized or special-order items
• Products without original packaging or signs of usage
 
 ⚠️ Important Note: CTR Shoe Shop reserves the right to reject return/exchange requests if the product does not meet the above conditions.
